Our Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Closed for Lunch from 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

We schedule by appointment only, however we understand situations may arise. In those situations we are glad to work you into our schedule.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs and cats must be on a leash or carrier while in waiting area.

SURGICAL POLICY

Surgeries are performed Monday thru Friday. Please do not feed your pet after 9:00 p.m. the night before. Water is okay throughout the night. Surgeries and Dentals are admitted between 8:00-8:30 a.m. Please allow enough time to fill out surgical release forms and talk to a technician.

All surgeries include EKG, temperature, blood pressure, and blood oxygen level monitoring. For the safety of your pet, we will monitor for 1/2 a day. Each pet is sent home with pain medication to ensure their comfort. Discharge is usually between 4:00-5:30 p.m. Feline Declaws are kept with us overnight to ensure there are no complications from the surgery. Discharge for Declaws is anytime after 10:00 a.m.

All pre-anesthetic blood work and catheter is strongly recommended.

PAYMENT POLICY

All admissions and discharges will be conducted during office hours. Payment is due upon completion or discharge of our services. A deposit may be required for hospitalization. An estimate of the cost of any procedure can be given to you prior to the beginning of treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit.
